Strolling Cardigan ~ Textured cables and leaves adorn this long sleeve, crew neck cardigan. Worked from the bottom up in one piece with sleeves worked top down and in the round. A challenge to knit!

Wood Work features waist shaping and slip stitch patterning. Fronts and back are worked back and forth to armholes and then worked in the round in one piece. Sleeve stitches are picked up around armhole, sleeve cap is worked with short rows and remainder of sleeve is worked in the round.

Pitaya Cardigan is worked from the bottom up in one piece and then fronts and back are split and worked separately. Stitches are picked up around armhole and sleeves are worked in the round down to the cuff. Finally, neck, buttonhole, and button bands are worked in k1, p1 ribbing.

Matomoko is a delicate top-down cardigan, knit in fingering weight yarn. Lace and cables add interest to the hem and cuffs. Starting at the neck, this cardigan is knit back and forth on one cirucular needle. Sleeves are knit in the round to the cuff and button/buttonhole bands are picked up and knit after body is completed.

Sunapee is a heavy weight cardigan with ribbing and wrapped stitches that transition seamlessly into a delicate leaf pattern at the hem and sleeve cuffs. The remainder of the cardigan is knit in stockinette stitch. Worked from the bottom up with raglan sleeves and waist shaping.

This garment is worked from the bottom up in one piece to the armholes; the fronts and back are then worked separately while shaping neck. A 3-needle bind off is used to join the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up around the armhole and worked in ribbing. The buttonhole, neck and button bands are worked on one long needle.

Nami, which means wave in Japanese, is a light weight cotton cardigan knit from the bottom up. With wide ribbing, it fits nicely over the hips and is looser in the body. The sleeves are picked up and knit from the arm scythe to the cuff and the neck, button and buttonhole bands are picked up and knit after the body and sleeves are complete.
